There’s so much pain out there. Some choose to ignore it. But it can’t be denied. It always find a way to creep back in to our lives.
The problem is that we’re afraid to face pain. Afraid to confide in someone. So we confide in something. We dress up with our talent, career, activities, and masks. But the truth is, when you’re stripped bare, all we can see is hurt. But even when you mount yourself with several versions of you, we can still see it. Because somehow, you show it.
What if we drop the pride, shame, hate, and self-sufficiency and stop carrying pain around like if it’s a pet?
Pain will never let go, unless you do first.
So, if you can, go to someone. Confide in them.
